At Vicky Stationery, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if something doesn’t go right with your order, we’re here to help.

🛒 Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 business days of receiving your order, if:

• The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact

📌 Important:

• Items from “Paper, Loose Pens”, as well as those marked under Clearance or Final Sale, are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.
• Refund/Return eligibility may also vary by product. Please refer to the product-specific return policy mentioned on each product page before making your purchase.

📩 How to Request a Return or Refund

To raise a request, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product via:

Please include the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Complete delivery address
• Description of the issue

A video of the unboxing and clear images showing the problem (Mandatory)

📦 Return Pickup & Inspection Process

• After your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 3–4 business days.
• Please repack the item securely to avoid transit damage.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll inform you of the status of your return or refund.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your request of return.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your bank or wallet details to issue the refund..

🔄 Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges only for defective or damaged products. Please follow the same process to request a replacement.

🚚 Return Shipping & Non-Refundables

• Return shipping is free only in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery.
• For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Items such as gift cards, clearance items, personalized products, and others explicitly marked as non-refundable are not eligible for return.
